Cancellation Policy

We understand orders change suddenly, so we will be happy to cancel your order BEFORE the items ships from our warehouse. To ensure you receive excellent service from Sump Pump World, please confirm your orders prior to ordering.

After your order ships, Sump Pump World will charge you a cancellation fee in order to process the cancellation. This fee covers our expenses for to and from shipping costs, as well as material handling. There will be a cancellation fee of $10 for accessories and $40 per sump pump included in the canceled order.
